Hi Roger I really enjoy reading your writing. If you are interested, check out Ren Xue and Yuan Qigong. This system is underpinned by the three theories of Qi, Consciousness and totality and explains how it all works together. I’ve been a practicing MD and also a counsellor and understand miracle healing and life elevation (and also the serious harms of the psychiatric system). The Ren Xue system is the most comprehensive and complete system that I think is out there right now.

Hi Roger after reading this article I think you might enjoy reading a book by Joe Griffin and Ivan Tyrrell titled Godhead it covers some of the things you talk about here. They have also written another book called Human Givens that fits with a lot of your thoughts on therapy and human nature. Finally I have listened to all of your podcasts and have enjoyed all of them.

It may be a collective delusion , if so that delusion is intended by the ruling class - they decide what is deemed 'ill' and that is anything that is inconvenient to the status quo, it's a cultural thing too . I can hold thee two opposing views at once. That mental illness does not really exist and that chronic serious mental illness s a terrible curse. https://open.substack.com/pub/callystarforth/p/the-weapon-of-psychiatry?r=1eq51l&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web

Yes, stressful thoughts hurt our health. However, people vary in temperament. Some people are naturally more highly strung than others and prone to sympathetic reactivity. It seems trite to say, 'you need to calm down etc...' It is stating the obvious. Also, it can put too much onus on the sufferer when their ANS puts them at lightning speed into flight, fight or freeze, as though they could have chosen differently, not always the case.
