Go With The Flow
Part VIII of Secret Knowledge, Hidden Wisdom. The ancient law of rhythm behind every high and low of your life, and how the spiritual masters learned to move with it rather than against.
Each article in this series is a stone laid on the one before it. If you are new, begin with [Part I], [Part II], [Part III], [Part IV], [Part V], [Part VI], and [Part VII]. Today’s teaching assumes all of them.
“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance.”
(Ecclesiastes 3:1, 4)
The further we're taken from the natural world, the less we remember what it is to be alive. We evolved working with nature, not against it, and it taught us a lot of about the human condition. The storm always gives way to a clear sky. The tide that pulls out will return. Winter hands itself over to spring, and the end of one life makes room for the birth of another.
For our ancestors, the rhythm of nature was the rhythm of their days, and so they understood something we have largely lost, that life does not run in a straight line and was never meant to. It moves in waves. We have sealed ourselves away from most of this. We live indoors, under artificial light, on schedules that ignore the sun, buffered from the seasons and the soil and the tides that once taught every generation before us what a human being apparently now has to be told. And having lost the teacher, we have forgotten the lesson.
Today’s lesson is not about achieving emotional stability. It’s much more than that. Some days you feel clear and strong and connected, and other days the same life feels heavy and gray. There are seasons of expansion, when everything in you seems to grow, and seasons of contraction, when everything seems to close in. It is the rhythm, the same one moving through the tide and the season and the breath, moving now through you.
But we have built a culture that no longer understands this, and the cost has been catastrophic.
We have taken the natural pendulum swings of life, loss, struggle, fear, uncertainty and it the emotions that come with it and renamed them as medical disorders. The sadness that should move through a person like weather is instead caught, labeled, coded, and medicated. The child who turns quiet and inward for a period of their development gets assessed. The adult moving through a dark passage is told they have a medical condition and handed a chemical to flatten the wave. We have pathologized the ebb itself. Forces beyond you have declared a war on human nature and the consequences are quite predictable.
People are now taught to struggle against the current, to treat the dark night of the soul as a medical crisis and a personal failure rather than a natural turn of the wheel. The person who fears the ebb fights it, and the person who fights the rhythm is torn apart by it, because you cannot win a fight fighting against the current. Struggle against the current and it will exhaust you and pull you under.
Today’s lesson is about using the higher dimension to act upon the lower dimensional field. As above, so below. You can absolutely learn to work with the inevitable rhythms of your life rather than being tossed around by them, and to use even the difficult seasons for your ultimate expansion. What you are about to read is practical, and I do not think it is an exaggeration to say it can be life-saving.
I have often wondered what would happen to our culture if this were taught to us as children. If, instead of handing a struggling teenager a diagnosis, talk therapy, and a drug, we sat with them and mentored them through the natural rhythm of a human life, the way a wise elder or teacher once did. If we understood the root cause of disease as disconnection — from nature, and from the purpose our soul came here to live.
Entire industries depend on you never learning this. Consider for a moment what a genuinely awakened, fully alive human being would do to the machine built on keeping you scared, divided, sick and dependent. People who understand the rhythm of their own lives would refuse to be managed, medicated, indoctrinated or entertained into a stupor. They do not require permission from an authority to live free, they most certainly will not kill another human being on behalf of the Epstein class.
They govern themselves. They heal. They teach. They lead. They run self governing communities. And so the machine has every interest in your never learning what I am about to teach you.
Which is exactly why I am going to teach it.
